Composition

An astonishingly versatile bio fungicide formulated using strains of Trichoderma viride and T. harzianum proven for their antagonistic, mycoparasitic and competitive potential bacteria which rapidly multiplies around root-zone, and banishes pathogenic fungi from soil.

Benefits

This bacterial combination enhances the vigour and promotes plant growth effective against root-rot (citrus, chick pea, groundnut, soybean, sugarcane, sunflower), sheath blight (paddy), damping-off (cotton, chilies, tomato), rhizome-rot (ginger, turmeric), quick wilt (pepper), capsule-rot (cardamom) and primary root-rot (tea, coffee, rubber) diseases

Dosage & Application

Seed Dressing: Seeds if 10 – 15 kg, mix 10 g Trichoderma per kg of seed in rice kanji or jaggery solution and soak the seeds for 15 min before sowing
Seedling/Tuber/Sett treatment: For an acre, use 200- 500g Trichoderma: Mix with molasses solution and soak the material for 15 min before planting
Field: Trichoderma Multiplied Compost (TMC) Mix 500g Trichoderma with 20 kg FYM or compost and 1 kg de-oiled neem cake, cover this mixture with plastic sheet, incubate for 5 days with intermittent mixing and moistening to obtain a ready to use TMC mix.
Field (per acre): Apply 5 kg Trichoderma or 200 kg TMC.
Planting pit/Individual bush: 25 g Trichoderma or I kg TMC
